GCSolutions Attorney — Transactions, Winston-Salem or Greensboro

Join a national alternative legal service team supporting corporate transactional work from the Winston‑Salem or Greensboro office. The role delivers cost‑effective, high‑quality legal support on general corporate, commercial contracts, governance and transactional matters with options for flexible scheduling and remote work.

This position is part of a dedicated Transactions team focused on client delivery rather than business development; attorneys are expected to contribute to team processes and matter workstreams. Opportunities are available on a full‑time or part‑time basis.

• Minimum of 8 years’ post‑qualification experience in corporate and transactional practice
• Substantive experience with general corporate law, commercial contracts and corporate governance; experience with M&A, real estate, or securities matters a plus
• Additional experience in trademarks, SaaS/licensing agreements or data privacy is welcomed
• Active license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work flexibly (remote and in‑office) and contribute to a team‑based delivery model
