The attorney will handle single-plaintiff civil litigation and arbitration in Texas state and federal courts, participate in mediations and loan-workout negotiations, and work collaboratively with a team of experienced litigators. Strong writing, oral advocacy, and case-management abilities are essential.

Minimum 5 years litigation experience in Texas state and federal courts
Licensed to practice in Texas
Experience with consumer finance/collections matters, arbitration, and related dispute-resolution processes
Comfortable conducting court appearances, depositions, retaining experts, and attending mediations
Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple matters
Bankruptcy experience is a plus
