General Liability Attorney — Albuquerque, NM

Seeking a General Liability attorney to join a national insurance-defense practice in the Albuquerque office. The role focuses on defense litigation across property and personal-injury matters, including catastrophic and complex cases.

Ideal candidates will manage all phases of litigation: case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials. The team is collaborative and provides opportunities for attorneys with developing or established insurance-defense experience; partnership may be considered for highly experienced candidates.

• 2–15 years of litigation experience, preferably including insurance-defense/general liability matters
• Admission to the New Mexico bar required
• Proven research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; courtroom and deposition experience preferred
• Able to manage a litigation caseload independently and work collaboratively on complex matters
