General Liability Attorney — Insurance Litigation, New York

Seeking a litigation attorney to join a large general liability practice in New York handling insurance-defense matters. The team handles a broad mix of property and personal-injury litigation, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death and complex trials.

The role involves full case management across all phases of litigation: motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials. The group is collaborative and supports professional development for attorneys with litigation experience who are building or expanding an insurance-defense practice.

• 1–15 years' litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Strong legal research, drafting and motion practice skills
• Experience with depositions, hearings, arbitrations and trial preparation
• Admission to the New York Bar required; New Jersey and Pennsylvania admissions preferred
