Mid-level litigation role within a national insurance practice supporting No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters. The position is based in New York and operates from a virtual office model with in-person appearances for arbitrations, court conferences, and hearings as needed.

Typical work includes analysis of medical records and billing, fee disputes, priority of payment and coverage-exhaustion issues, drafting and responding to pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions. The role will collaborate closely with attorneys supporting technology, manufacturing and transportation industry clients.

The team offers a flexible billable-hour expectation and is seeking proactive candidates with strong judgment, the ability to manage multiple matters, and excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

Minimum 2 years' experience; New York No-Fault/PIP experience preferred
Active New York bar admission and ability to appear in NY arbitrations/courts
Experience analyzing medical records/bills and handling fee/coverage disputes
Proven skills drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive motions
Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
Residence in or near New York City (required for in-person appearances)
