IP Life Sciences Associate — New York

Top-tier litigation team is seeking a junior to mid-level intellectual property attorney to join its life sciences patent practice in New York. The role focuses on high-stakes patent disputes for innovator pharmaceutical and biologic clients.

Responsibilities include substantive motion practice and briefing, fact and expert discovery, PTAB proceedings, and advising clients on litigation strategy. The position offers exposure to complex Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and BPCIA matters and opportunities to contribute to case strategy and client counseling.

• J.D. and active bar admission in New York (or eligibility to obtain admission).
• Relevant experience in life sciences patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and BPCIA/biologics matters.
• Experience litigating in U.S. district courts and before the PTAB.
• Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills, and experience managing aspects of complex litigation and working with experts.
