IP Litigation Associate — New York

Leading international law firm seeks associates to join a busy IP litigation team in New York. The role focuses on patent litigation across federal courts and administrative proceedings, with regular involvement in PTAB matters and appeals.

Successful candidates will work on high-stakes patent disputes alongside experienced litigators, handling fact development, motion practice, discovery, and appellate briefing. The team values technical backgrounds and offers exposure to complex, technology-driven cases.

• Law school class years 2019–2022
• Top law school credentials and strong academic record
• Experience in IP/patent litigation (district court and/or PTAB)
• Undergraduate degree in EE, CE, CS, ME, ChemE, Biomed Eng or similar highly preferred
• CAFC clerkship experience a strong plus
