IP Litigation Associate (Mid–Senior) — New York

Mid- to senior-level associate role in a major New York IP litigation team handling complex patent disputes across technology and life-sciences matters. The role involves drafting pleadings, managing discovery, preparing claim construction and invalidity contentions, coordinating experts, and supporting trial preparation.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical background (computer science, electrical engineering, physics, molecular biology, chemistry or similar), solid patent litigation experience, and an interest in high-stakes, technology-focused IP work. Federal clerkship experience and admission to the patent bar are advantageous but not required.

• Mid- to senior-level litigation associate with patent litigation experience
• Undergraduate or graduate technical background (e.g., computer science, EE, physics, molecular biology, chemistry)
• Strong drafting, litigation and discovery skills; experience with claim construction and expert workups
• Federal clerkship and/or patent bar admission preferred but not required
