Apply in confidence →Seeking a motivated associate to join a national IP/technology litigation team handling trademark, copyright, trade‑secret, false advertising and AI‑related disputes. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and involves litigation and enforcement work in federal and state court, TTAB, ITC and arbitral forums.
You will manage and contribute to complex matters, develop litigation strategy, handle discovery and e‑discovery, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to advise technology and brand clients on risk and enforcement. The team regularly tries cases and applies litigation experience to client counseling.
- 2–4 years of litigation experience handling copyright, trademark, trade‑secret, false advertising and/or AI‑related matters
- Familiarity with the Lanham Act, Copyright Act, DMCA, trade‑secret statutes and computer‑access laws (e.g., CFAA)
- Strong legal research and writing skills; trial experience preferred
- Client‑facing ability and teamwork skills; admitted to the state bar where application is submitted
