We are seeking associates to join a market-leading intellectual property litigation practice at a highly regarded Am Law firm, based in the Palo Alto office. The role is focused primarily on patent and other IP disputes, with opportunities to work on proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and appellate matters.

Attorneys in this practice work closely with clients across technology and other innovation-driven industries, arguing complex disputes involving electrical, computer, and mechanical engineering subject matter. The position offers significant responsibility, direct client contact, and the chance to grow within a deep bench of experienced IP litigators.

The team is looking for candidates in law school class years 2019 through 2022 who demonstrate strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in building a career in patent and IP litigation.

Top law school credentials
IP and/or patent litigation experience
Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field strongly preferred
CAFC clerkship experience preferred
Experience with PTAB disputes a plus
