IP Litigation Associate, Palo Alto

Growing IP litigation team in Palo Alto is seeking associates from recent law school classes to handle patent litigation and related contested proceedings. Work will focus on district-court patent cases, appellate matters and proceedings before administrative tribunals.

Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and demonstrable patent-litigation experience. The role offers exposure to high-stakes IP disputes and collaboration with senior litigators on complex matters.

• Graduates from law school classes 2019 2022 (recent associates level)
• Top law school credentials
• Experience in IP/patent litigation (district court and/or PTAB)
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a closely related technical field preferred
• Appellate/CAFC clerkship experience a plus
