Mid-level associate (class of 2020–2022) sought for a growing Intellectual Property & Commercial Transactions practice in the firm's New York office. The role focuses on IP-intensive transactions across technology, life sciences, consumer products, industrials and manufacturing sectors.

Work will include leading and supporting IP aspects of public and private M&A, financing and securitization transactions, and negotiating commercial agreements such as licensing, distribution, development, collaboration and joint venture arrangements. Strong drafting, analytical skills and experience supervising junior associates are required.

Application requires resume, transcript and a representative deal sheet. U.S. J.D. preferred; New York Bar admission required. The published base salary range is $310,000–$390,000 (actual compensation will depend on experience and other factors).

4–6 years' relevant US law firm experience (mid-level associate)
Experience with IP-intensive M&A and transactional work (public and private)
Familiarity with licensing, distribution, development, collaboration and joint venture agreements
Strong drafting and analytical skills; experience supervising junior associates
U.S. J.D. preferred; New York Bar admission required
