IP Technology Transactions Associate — Life Sciences

Growing life‑sciences technology transactions team in a national, tech‑focused practice seeking associates with experience on licensing, collaboration and commercial partnering matters. The group advises biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients on transactions that advance therapeutics, diagnostics, digital health and related regulatory pathways.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of law‑firm experience on patent licensing, collaboration agreements and commercial deals for biotech or pharma clients; experience with AI/ML‑enabled life‑sciences companies is a plus. This is a hybrid role open across multiple U.S. offices.

• 2–4 years’ post‑qualification experience in licensing, collaborations, or commercial transactions (law‑firm experience preferred)
• Substantive experience representing biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical clients on patent licensing, collaboration and partnering arrangements
• Familiarity with transactions involving AI/ML in drug discovery, diagnostics, or life‑sciences R&D is a plus
• Excellent academic record and strong oral/written interpersonal skills
• Barred in, or eligible to sit/waive into, the state bar for the office applied to
