Apply in confidence →Experienced knowledge management attorney role embedded in a national capital markets practice. The attorney will partner with capital markets lawyers and the KM lead to design and execute a KM strategy spanning training, substantive communications, reusable knowledge resources, and innovation.
A major focus of the role is translating capital markets subject-matter expertise into AI-enabled tools and workflows—developing prompt architectures, agentic workflows and structured knowledge systems, and supporting adoption and deployment across the group.
- Active license to practice law
- Minimum 5 years' legal experience in securities law, capital markets transactions and corporate governance
- Working knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Exchange Act of 1934, Delaware law and corporate governance norms
- Familiarity with equity and debt offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, high-yield and investment-grade debt) and public company disclosure
- Strong drafting and communication skills (email updates, slide decks, form documents)
- Interest in and aptitude for legal technology and AI; willingness to develop prompt design and AI workflow skills
- Strong project management, organization, and collaboration skills
