Associate, FDA & Health Care — Washington, D.C.

Growing Washington, D.C. practice seeking an associate with experience on health regulatory and government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products. The role focuses on counseling and litigation-support work related to federal healthcare statutes and regulations.

Ideal candidates will have handled matters involving Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement issues, federal price-reporting regimes (for example, the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare Part B ASP, Section 340B, or related veterans' programs), and/or enforcement provisions such as the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Strong analytical, research and writing abilities are essential.

• 2+ years' PQE in health regulatory, government enforcement, or related commercial matters (class of 2024 or later)
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid coverage & reimbursement and federal price-reporting regimes and/or enforcement statutes (False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute)
• Excellent academic record and advanced legal research, analysis, and writing skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
