Mid-Level Associate — Intellectual Property Litigation

A leading international law firm seeks mid-level associates to join its IP litigation team. Candidates will be considered for offices in New York, Washington, D.C., or the Bay Area.

The role focuses on patent litigation matters across federal courts and related proceedings. Successful candidates will work on fact development, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation alongside experienced litigation teams.

This is an opportunity for associates with solid patent-litigation experience to take on substantive case work and broaden courtroom and advocacy skills within a globally oriented practice.

• 3–5 years of patent litigation experience
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related technical field
• Admission to the New York, D.C., or California bar (or ability to obtain admission)
• Strong academic credentials, writing, and litigation skills
