Apply in confidence →Seeking a Government Contracts Associate to join a litigation and regulatory enforcement team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on federal procurement matters including bid protests, contract claims and disputes, compliance counseling, and related investigations.
Day-to-day work includes researching and drafting bid protests, claims and other written advocacy; advising on contract formation and performance issues, subcontracting and flow-down obligations, and data rights/cybersecurity compliance; and counseling clients on disclosure, audit, investigative, and dispute strategy.
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Approximately 2–5 years of government contracts experience (bid protests, Contract Disputes Act claims, investigations)
- Familiarity with the FAR and agency supplements (e.g., DFARS) and experience with GAO or Court of Federal Claims protests preferred
- Strong legal research, drafting, and written advocacy skills
- Client-service orientation and ability to work on complex, time-sensitive matters
