Work will focus on bid protests and FAR counseling, with opportunities to handle government contracts litigation, investigations, and transactional due diligence. The role involves drafting and negotiating government contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and joint venture documents.

3–5 years' experience in government contracts at a large, mid‑sized, or specialist firm, or in government roles handling procurement matters
Substantive experience with bid protests and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and supplements
Experience counseling clients on federal grant compliance and regulatory requirements
Preferred: federal court litigation, government contracts investigations (e.g., CDA, FCA/whistleblower matters), and transactional due diligence on government contracts M&A
Barred in the District of Columbia or eligible to waive in upon start date
