Growing Government Contracts team in Washington, D.C. seeks a mid-level commercial litigation associate to handle bid protests, contract claims and disputes, False Claims Act matters, compliance issues, cybersecurity-related procurement work, and government-focused diligence in M&A.

The role involves litigation drafting and advocacy, managing investigations and disputes, and collaborating with cross-practice teams on procurement-related regulatory and transactional matters. The team advises contractors, grant recipients, and other government-facing entities on enforcement risk and dispute resolution strategies.

4–6 years post-qualification experience with significant government-contracts litigation exposure
Experience in a law firm or federal agency handling bid protests, claims, FCA matters, or related procurement disputes
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills; strong academic record
Law school coursework or demonstrated substantive interest in government contracts preferred
