The role involves litigation drafting and advocacy, managing investigations and disputes, and collaborating with cross-practice teams on procurement-related regulatory and transactional matters. The team advises contractors, grant recipients, and other government-facing entities on enforcement risk and dispute resolution strategies.
- 4–6 years post-qualification experience with significant government-contracts litigation exposure
- Experience in a law firm or federal agency handling bid protests, claims, FCA matters, or related procurement disputes
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills; strong academic record
- Law school coursework or demonstrated substantive interest in government contracts preferred
