The role offers substantive litigation and counseling work across federal procurement and related enforcement matters, working with cross-office teams on complex, often multi-jurisdictional matters. The group seeks collaborative lawyers who can manage significant matters and client relationships.
- 6–8 years post-JD experience (excluding judicial clerkships)
- Demonstrated experience with government contracts, procurement litigation, investigations, or False Claims Act matters
- Strong litigation, drafting, and regulatory counseling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on cross-office, multidisciplinary matters
