Join a national practice team representing individuals and organizations in government investigations, grand jury matters, and related litigation. The team handles matters from initial inquiries and subpoenas through trial and appeal, counseling clients facing federal and state investigatory and enforcement actions.

This associate role will work on investigative response, briefing and motion practice, witness preparation, and trial support. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with client executives and outside advisors while contributing to fact development, legal analysis, and strategic defense planning.

The anticipated annual salary range for Washington, DC is $250,000 to $300,000. Standard benefits apply and additional contingent compensation may be available based on performance and other factors.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in Washington, D.C.
Experience on government investigations, white-collar defense, or related criminal litigation matters.
Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience with subpoenas, grand jury practice, and witness preparation preferred.
Ability to manage multiple matters, work directly with clients, and collaborate with a nationwide team of litigators and investigators.
