Join a General Counsel’s Office as a Group Structuring Lawyer supporting strategic growth, governance and structural projects across the UK. This is a cross-office, UK‑flexible role (options include London, Birmingham, Belfast, Glasgow and Edinburgh) focused on entity governance, new entity set-up, reorganisations and partner lifecycle matters.

You will advise on constitutional documents and structural changes, work closely with tax and finance specialists, support regulatory and compliance considerations, and contribute to special projects and policy development. The role involves drafting, research, and providing clear commercial advice to senior stakeholders.

Ideal for a UK‑qualified lawyer with early PQE who wants to work at the centre of business organisation and governance within a major professional services environment.

  • UK‑qualified lawyer; approximately 1–3 years' PQE
  • Experience in corporate law, drafting constitutional documents and commercial contracts
  • Strong drafting, analytical and research skills; attention to detail
  • Good commercial judgement, stakeholder management and clear written/oral communication
  • Comfortable working on projects and day‑to‑day queries; able to work autonomously and as part of a team
