- Licensed to practice law in California and resident in California
- Approximately 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on habitability/unlawful detainer (tenant/landlord) matters

- Excellent writing and oral persuasion skills; ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision
- Team player with solid academic credentials and attention to detail
