Mid-level litigation opportunity for attorneys with experience handling habitability and unlawful detainer matters. Licensed to practice law in California and resident in California
Approximately 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on habitability/unlawful detainer (tenant/landlord) matters
Strong litigation skills including drafting, legal research, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy
Excellent writing and oral persuasion skills; ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision
Team player with solid academic credentials and attention to detail
