Health Care Litigation Associate — Chicago

We are seeking a litigation associate to join a national healthcare litigation practice based in Chicago (opportunities also exist in multiple U.S. offices). The role focuses on civil health‑care disputes, including complex litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include written discovery, legal research, drafting motions and briefs, and collaborating with senior litigators on trial and appellate matters. Candidates will join a team that handles cross‑jurisdictional, regulatory‑adjacent matters for healthcare industry clients.

Applicants should be admitted (or eligible for admission by waiver) to the state bar for the office where they apply. The hiring team welcomes candidates with strong litigation fundamentals and an interest in healthcare work.

• 4–7 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with written discovery, legal research, and motion drafting
• Admission to the applicable state bar or eligibility for admission by waiver
• Excellent academic record and strong writing and analytical skills; healthcare experience is a plus
