Leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Health & Safety lawyer to help grow and lead its London practice. The role is open at Senior Associate or Partner level for candidates with a strong regulatory and contentious background advising large corporates.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships on complex health & safety and regulatory matters, collaborate with teams across the firm nationally, and contribute to practice growth and business development.

This is a growth hire with scope to build a market-facing practice, mentor junior lawyers, and support cross‑selling into other practice areas.

Proven specialist in health & safety and regulatory work, with experience on contentious and advisory matters.
Demonstrable market credibility and established client relationships or following in the corporate sector.
Track record of leading matters, winning work and developing business.
Strong collaborative skills, ability to work across teams nationally and to mentor junior lawyers.
