Growing national healthcare practice seeks a transactional and regulatory associate to join its Columbus office. The role will support healthcare transactions and regulatory matters across a busy, multidisciplinary team that serves hospitals, health systems, payors and healthcare services clients.

You will work closely with partners on transactional deals and regulatory counseling, with exposure to federal healthcare compliance issues and cross-office matters. The group is known for a collaborative culture and strong professional development.

1–4 years post-qualification experience in healthcare law, with a mix of transactional and regulatory matters
Working knowledge of Stark Law and the Anti‑Kickback Statute
Experience on private equity‑related or portfolio company transactions is a plus
Strong academic record, excellent analytical, writing and communication skills
Ohio bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Ohio bar
