Seeking an attorney to join a large national healthcare and medical malpractice practice in the Las Vegas office. The role focuses on defending healthcare providers in state and federal litigation and administrative matters.

Typical duties include drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions. The team values strong writing, analytical ability, and candidates who can manage multiple matters independently and as part of a team.

The hiring group handles a broad range of healthcare provider matters and is open to candidates with direct healthcare malpractice experience as well as litigators from other practice areas with a strong interest in healthcare law. Hybrid work options are indicated.

Admission to the Nevada bar
2–15 years of litigation experience; medical malpractice or professional liability defense preferred
Experience with pleadings, written discovery, motions practice, and depositions
Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters
