Leading national law firm seeking healthcare and professional liability litigation attorneys to join its Raleigh litigation team. The role offers flexible work arrangements, including fully remote, hybrid, part-time, and full-time options.

Successful candidates will handle motion practice, depositions, written discovery and other contested litigation tasks; trial experience is a plus. The team provides mentorship, professional development and opportunities for client-facing work, hearings and trials.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in North Carolina or California and be able to accept assignments with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, collegial environment.

3–7 years of defense-side litigation experience, preferably in professional liability or healthcare matters
Active admission to practice in North Carolina or California
Strong motion practice skills, experience briefing and arguing motions
Experience taking and defending depositions and leading written discovery
Excellent legal writing, research and oral advocacy; self-starter and team player
Trial experience preferred but not required
