Healthcare Regulatory Associate — Birmingham, AL

Growing healthcare regulatory practice in Birmingham seeks an associate with 3–4 years of experience to join a collaborative team advising healthcare providers on regulatory compliance and related matters. The role provides substantive regulatory work and exposure to experienced lawyers within a national platform.

Ideal candidates will have strong legal writing, organizational skills, and client-facing abilities. This position is based in the Birmingham office; candidates must be licensed to practice in Alabama and reside in the area at time of hire. The team expects regular onsite presence (typically three or more days per week).

• 3–4 years of law firm or equivalent experience with a focus on healthcare regulatory matters
• Licensed to practice in Alabama
• Excellent academic record and strong legal writing and communication skills
