Apply in confidence →Seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Associate to join a national healthcare and FDA practice in Boston. This is an off-track associate role working with senior attorneys on regulatory and transactional matters for innovative healthcare, health‑tech and digital health clients.
Typical matters include counseling on healthcare and AI, telehealth, fraud & abuse (anti‑kickback and self‑referral), corporate practice of medicine, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, scope of practice issues, Sunshine Act reporting, and related state filing and compliance work. The role involves drafting filings, advising on post‑authorization compliance obligations, and supporting cross‑functional client teams.
The team emphasizes mentoring, training and collaboration; the role reports to senior attorneys and partners and offers exposure to high‑profile regulatory work across multiple states.
- Juris Doctor and active membership in the state bar for the Boston office jurisdiction.
- 3–5 years of legal experience handling healthcare regulatory matters at a law firm, government agency, in‑house, or similar environment.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing state statutes and regulations; drafting state filings preferred.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and FDA regulatory frameworks is helpful; experience with telehealth, AI in healthcare, fraud & abuse, and reimbursement issues a plus.
- Strong writing, communication, project management and Microsoft Office skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
