Typical matters include counseling on Stark Law, the Federal Anti‑Kickback Statute, HIPAA/privacy, corporate practice compliance and related regulatory issues that affect healthcare providers, payors, vendors and sponsors. J.D., active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
