Healthcare Regulatory Associate — Dallas

Highly regarded Dallas office seeks a Healthcare Associate to join a busy regulatory team advising hospitals, health systems, life sciences companies and healthcare vendors. The role focuses on healthcare regulatory work in the transactional context and day-to-day compliance counseling.

Work will include counseling on federal and multi-state regulatory issues, transaction structuring and corporate practice compliance, regulatory filings, and laws such as the Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback Statute and HIPAA. The team regularly handles matters for sponsors, vendors and provider organizations across the healthcare sector.

• 3–6 years of healthcare-related transactional and regulatory experience.
• J.D. and active admission (or eligibility) to practice in Texas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Stark, Anti‑Kickback, HIPAA and related healthcare statutes and regulations.
• Strong drafting, counseling and client-facing skills; experience with multi-state regulatory issues preferred.
