Growing healthcare regulatory group in New York is seeking an associate with strong transactional and regulatory experience to support an active practice advising healthcare and life sciences companies, sponsors, and vendors. The team handles federal and multi-state regulatory matters, transaction structuring, compliance programs, regulatory filings, and counseling on statutes like Stark, the Anti‑Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and related laws.

The role offers exposure to both day‑to‑day regulatory counseling and complex transactional work across the healthcare sector. The group values candidates with demonstrated healthcare experience, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to manage client matters in a fast‑paced environment.

• 3–6 years post‑qualification experience in healthcare regulatory work, preferably with transactional experience
• Practical knowledge of Stark Law, the Federal Anti‑Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and multi‑state regulatory frameworks
• Experience counseling healthcare or life sciences clients, including transaction structuring and regulatory filings
• JD and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; strong writing and client‑service skills
