Healthcare Regulatory Associate — Washington, D.C. (New York optional)

Seeking a mid-level healthcare regulatory associate (3–5 years) to join a national practice advising health care and life sciences clients on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. The role emphasizes counseling on fraud & abuse, HIPAA/privacy, licensing, reimbursement, corporate practice of medicine, and emerging digital health/telehealth issues.

The position will support regulatory diligence and structuring for transactions (including PE/M&A and investments), assist on investigations and compliance-program development, and work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams. Preference for Washington, D.C.; New York candidates will also be considered.

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in DC or NY
• 3–5 years of relevant healthcare regulatory experience in a law firm environment; government experience (e.g., CMS, OCR, DOJ) is a plus
• Experience with fraud & abuse, HIPAA/privacy, licensing, reimbursement, and regulatory diligence for transactions (M&A/private equity)
• Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
