Healthcare Regulatory Associate — Washington, D.C.

Top-tier firm seeking a mid-level Healthcare Associate to join a national Healthcare Group in the Washington, D.C. office. The team advises healthcare and life‑sciences companies, sponsors and vendors on regulatory and transactional matters with federal and multi‑state implications.

Work will focus on healthcare‑related transactions and compliance, including transaction structuring, corporate practice compliance, regulatory filings, and counseling on statutes and rules such as the Stark Law, the Federal Anti‑Kickback Statute, HIPAA and related regulatory regimes.

• 3–6 years of post‑qualification experience in healthcare transactional or regulatory practice
• Experience advising on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters (Stark, Anti‑Kickback, HIPAA, etc.)
• Demonstrated transactional skills: structuring, documentation, and regulatory risk analysis
• Bar admission in the U.S.; strong academic and writing credentials
