Top-tier New York office seeks a mid‑level Intellectual Property associate to join a busy patent litigation team handling high‑technology matters. The role will involve district court litigation and matters before specialized patent forums.

Work will focus on complex patent disputes across technologies rooted in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or similar technical backgrounds. The team values rigorous litigation experience and technical fluency.

• 3–5 years of patent litigation experience (district court experience preferred)
• Technical background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or a similar field
• Patent Bar admission required
• Experience before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) is strongly preferred
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
