A busy UK inbound immigration team is seeking an Associate or Senior Consultant to lead transactional and advisory UK immigration work for a portfolio of global corporate clients. The role combines day-to-day casework (visa applications, sponsor licence matters and right-to-work compliance) with strategic programme support across campus hiring, regulatory change and mobility planning.

You will act as the primary contact for multiple multinational clients across financial services, asset/wealth management, technology and other sectors, balancing high-volume, protocol-driven delivery with bespoke advisory matters. The role includes client-facing work, occasional on-site support, data-led programme analysis and collaboration with HR, mobility and compliance stakeholders.

The team handles corporate immigration, compliance, private client and start-up talent work, and encourages cross-selling of complementary digital tools and firmwide initiatives. The position also includes mentoring junior staff and contributing to training, business development and innovation projects.

UK‑qualified solicitor or experienced immigration consultant with strong UK inbound experience
Proven ability to manage high-volume, protocol-led accounts alongside bespoke advisory matters
Strong knowledge of UK immigration law with experience of sponsor licence work and right-to-work compliance
Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills and commercial awareness
Comfortable working with data and Excel-based reporting to generate client insights
Resilient, adaptable under pressure (e.g. campus/seasonal peaks) and a proactive team player
