Senior risk and compliance role in a leading UK full-service law firm, supporting the firm's Risk & Compliance function and deputising for the Head of Risk and Compliance. You will provide firmwide regulatory and ethical advice, manage day-to-day regulatory obligations and support training and policy work across the business.

Key responsibilities include advising on SRA and AML matters, conflicts, confidentiality and professional conduct, assisting with insurance and claims handling, contributing to firmwide policy updates, and delivering training to lawyers and business services colleagues. The role requires close engagement with senior stakeholders and the partnership.

7-8 years' post-qualification experience, preferably with time in a law-firm risk & compliance role
Strong working knowledge of SRA regulation and AML obligations
Experience or familiarity with professional indemnity and insurance-related processes; data privacy and claims handling desirable
Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially aware regulatory advice to senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, planning and relationship-building skills; discretion handling confidential matters
