Senior associate-level role in a busy UK private client immigration team, working on a broad mix of corporate and high‑net‑worth individual matters. You will manage end-to-end immigration cases, provide strategic advisory work, and act as a primary contact for allocated clients.

The role combines high-volume casework (visas, settlement, nationality, sponsored routes, appeals and administrative reviews) with client relationship management, team supervision and participation in business development and pro bono initiatives.

UK‑qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with substantive UK immigration experience, including private client work.
Proven ability to manage a varied caseload end‑to‑end with minimal supervision, maintaining high attention to detail.
Strong technical knowledge of UK immigration routes (Skilled Worker, Global Talent, ILR/naturalisation, family and visitor routes), sponsorship compliance and appeals.
Excellent written and oral communication; confident in client‑facing situations and leading client calls.
Organised, methodical case management skills and familiarity with case management systems; experience supervising junior staff.
Commercial awareness including time recording, WIP and billing practices; proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
