Grow your business-immigration practice in a national, full-service law firm’s Washington, DC office. This is a non-partnership, salaried attorney role on the Immigration team with an expected annual billable target of 1,800 hours and standard employee benefits.

The position focuses on high-volume business immigration work before DHS, DOS and DOL across non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories. The team handles petitions and waivers, PERM labor certification and employment-based immigrant cases for corporate clients and individual principals.

Minimum 5 years of business immigration experience representing clients before DHS, DOS and DOL.
Substantial experience with NIV and IV matters including H-1B, E, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-1 and EB-2/NIW petitions.
Familiarity with case-management platforms (e.g., INSZoom or Tracker) and managing a high-volume caseload.
Strong written and oral communication skills and proven client-service orientation.
DC bar membership preferred; must obtain DC bar within one year of hire if not already admitted.
