Associate — Environmental Litigation & Mass Torts, Washington, D.C.

Mid-level associate role in a national litigation practice, focused on environmental enforcement and mass-tort matters at the federal level. The team handles complex regulatory and civil enforcement work, with opportunities for direct client contact and substantive responsibility on significant cases.

Ideal candidates will have government-side enforcement or federal civil litigation experience, strong analytical skills for technical regulatory issues, and a solid grounding in environmental and administrative law. • JD (law school class of 2019–2023)
• Experience in environmental litigation or federal civil enforcement matters; government-side enforcement experience preferred
• Familiarity with federal environmental regulatory schemes and agency enforcement approaches
• Strong academic record, excellent research and writing, and ability to work independently
