Mandarin-Speaking Litigation Associate — Litigation

Leading national law firm is seeking Mandarin-speaking litigation associates to join its U.S. litigation teams. The role is open in multiple U.S. offices (examples include New York, Washington, D.C., and California) and will involve substantive commercial litigation work on complex matters for institutional clients.

Successful candidates will work on fact development, legal research, drafting, and strategy in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and will interact with multi-jurisdictional teams. The firm offers comprehensive benefits and standard firm leave policies.

• Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
• At least 2 years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters

• Admission to practice, or eligibility for admission, in the jurisdiction where the candidate will work
