An established law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Staff Attorney to join its eDiscovery attorney team. This role is designed for a practitioner who can immediately contribute across case teams and offices, advising on eDiscovery best practices and supporting discovery strategy from scoping through production.

The Staff Attorney will advise on discovery scoping, preservation and collection issues, and manage document reviews and productions. The position involves close collaboration with case teams and requires strong fact-development skills to help drive case strategy.

The role is based in New York and offers a target salary range of $185,000 to $210,000, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program. Compensation is determined by factors including market, skills, experience, and education.

5+ years of traditional eDiscovery experience
Document review management and fact development experience
Admitted (or eligible for admission) to the New York bar in good standing
Ability to advise on eDiscovery best practices, scoping, preservation, and collection
