Litigation Associate (2-5 Years) - New York

We are seeking a litigation associate with 2 to 5 years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts to join our New York office. The role involves working on challenging, high-stakes matters alongside senior attorneys, with opportunities for meaningful ownership and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience drafting briefs, arguing motions, and taking depositions, with a preference for backgrounds in commercial litigation, investigations, white-collar defense, securities litigation, and managed care. Top law firm experience or a judicial clerkship is preferred, and a combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered.

• 2–5 years of substantial litigation experience in state and federal courts
• Experience drafting briefs, arguing motions, and taking depositions
• Admission to the New York Bar required
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and written and verbal communication skills
• Top law firm experience or judicial clerkship preferred
• Experience in commercial litigation, investigations, white-collar defense, securities litigation, or managed care preferred
