We are seeking a talented and motivated associate with 2 to 4 years of solid experience in AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and/or false advertising law to join a dynamic intellectual property and technology litigation practice.

Our team is at the forefront of some of the most watched cases in the country, including first-of-their-kind lawsuits challenging the legality of training generative AI models, and we work with the biggest brands and most cutting-edge technology companies in the world. We are true trial lawyers who try numerous cases each year, with deep expertise in copyright, trademark, false advertising, trade secret, and AI litigation, as well as data-collection disputes under the CFAA.

We practice in multiple forums, including federal and state courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the ITC, and arbitral proceedings including the UDRP process. We apply our litigation experience to counsel clients on enforcement strategies and risk.

2 to 4 years of experience in AI, trademark, copyright, false advertising, and/or trade-secret law, including litigation.
Strong understanding of one or more of the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, the DMCA, federal and state trade-secret statutes, and computer-access laws such as the CFAA and related state laws.
Trial experience is preferred.
Willingness to engage with a broad range of laws and legal principles necessary to support technology clients with legal disputes.
Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills.
Membership in the state in which you are submitting your application is required.
