A leading law firm is seeking a highly qualified Healthcare Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Healthcare Litigation Practice in Washington, D.C.

The role involves representing healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and other regulated entities in False Claims Act litigation, government investigations, healthcare fraud and abuse matters, and regulatory enforcement actions. The associate will engage with agencies including the DOJ, HHS-OIG, FDA, DEA, CMS, and state attorneys general, handling high-stakes matters from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities include managing False Claims Act investigations and civil litigation, drafting persuasive motions and briefs, leading internal investigations, advising on fraud and abuse laws (False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, Stark Law), and collaborating across healthcare and life sciences teams.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active and in good standing with the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in
4–6 years of substantive False Claims Act litigation, including motion practice and discovery
Experience with government investigations, regulatory enforcement, or internal investigations
Familiarity with healthcare fraud and abuse laws (False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law)
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
Judicial clerkship preferred
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated independent work and collaborative team skills
