eDiscovery Staff Attorney — Litigation (Washington, D.C.)

An established law firm seeks an experienced eDiscovery Staff Attorney to join its dedicated eDiscovery attorney team and support case teams across all offices. The role is central to advising on eDiscovery best practices, discovery scoping, preservation and collection issues, and managing document reviews and productions.

The position offers direct collaboration with litigation teams on complex discovery matters, with responsibility for fact development and review workflow management. Compensation is competitive and accompanied by bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program.

• 5+ years of traditional eDiscovery, document review management, and fact development experience
• Ability to advise on discovery scoping, preservation, and collection issues
• Experience managing reviews and productions end to end
• Admitted (or eligible for admission) to the Washington, D.C. bar in good standing
