A nationally recognized environmental practice is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its team. The role involves representing clients in complex environmental litigation, investigations, enforcement actions, compliance counseling, and regulatory matters.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices, including San Francisco and Washington, DC. The environment is collegial and cooperative, and the associate will work closely with attorneys across a nationwide team.

Candidates should bring strong research and writing ability, solid academic credentials, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to excellence in a collaborative setting.

Two to four years of law-firm or government experience in environmental law, or complex litigation experience paired with a demonstrable interest in environmental practice

Admission to the California bar required for candidates interested in the California office
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and U.S. bar membership
