A leading US law firm is seeking Mandarin-speaking litigation associates to join its commercial litigation practice, with opportunities available across its New York, Washington, DC, and California offices.

The role involves substantive commercial litigation work on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters. Associates manage multiple matters simultaneously, conduct complex legal research and analysis, and produce consistently high-quality written work product in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position suits bilingual candidates who combine strong litigation credentials with native or near-native Mandarin and English fluency and excellent judgment and attention to detail.

Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
At least two years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Admission to practice, or eligibility for admission, in the relevant jurisdiction
