Minimum 2 years post-admission or post-registration experience as an Australian lawyer or Registered Migration Agent (RMA)
Sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law and practice
Proven ability to manage a caseload and work with support staff
Strong client-service focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised, process-driven, able to work independently and as part of a team
