Leading international immigration practice seeks an experienced Immigration Lawyer or Registered Migration Agent to join its Melbourne team. The role sits within a major corporate immigration group advising a broad client base from individuals and emerging businesses to large multinationals, with opportunities to assist on non-corporate matters as well.

The position offers structured professional development, hybrid working flexibility and access to in-house training and support teams. You will manage a personal caseload, deliver strategic Australian immigration advice, work closely with senior advisers, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Minimum 2 years post-admission experience as a lawyer or equivalent experience as a Registered Migration Agent (RMA)
Practical knowledge of Australian immigration law and procedures
Proven ability to manage a caseload, prioritise work and meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills and client-facing experience
Team-oriented, commercially minded, and process-driven with strong attention to detail
